During their stay on board, trainees are exposed to the values and work ethic of Wylde Swan. Our crew is trained to help trainees gain new skills through experiential learning and action learning. Sail trainees are actively involved in all aspects of running the ship. Whether they’re participating in a Tall Ships race or just travelling to the destination port, they have to work together to successfully get there.
